If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase or experience, we are here to help. At ART Watches, delivering exceptional customer service is our stronghold. Please contact us at resolutions@artwatches.com and tell us what went wrong.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item is not as described. Returns due to buyer’s remorse are not accepted. We encourage you to take the time you need to be sure of your purchase. We are very happy to help with ask any questions you have.

To qualify for a return, you must ship the item back to us within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at resolutions@artwatches.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a fully-insured return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item using our standard return process. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Deposits

Deposits placed on watches are non-refundable, except as expressly agreed in writing.
