Shipping policy

Order Processing

We generally process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send an email notification with the tracking number.

Domestic Shipping

We provide complimentary FedEx two-day shipping with full insurance and a required signature for orders within the continental United States. You can upgrade to FedEx overnight shipping for an additional fee.

Note: Orders over $15,000 (pre-tax) will automatically include overnight shipping at no extra cost, and you do not need to select this option at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries using FedEx International Priority services.

Keep in mind that your order may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon reaching your destination country. These charges, when applicable, are your responsibility.

Checking Shipping Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at shipping@artwatches.com with your name and order number. We’ll investigate the issue for you. International orders may take 7-10 business days to clear customs. We will monitor the entire process and provide assistance along the way.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to shipping limitations.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We recommend that buyers ensure they are selecting the desired model before making a purchase. Feel free to ask us any questions; we're happy to help. We honor returns within 48 hours of item receipt if the product is not as described. We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.

Deposits on watches are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
